What does this module do?

Contract management with built-in AI-driven contract analysis. You upload a contract (PDF or Word) and the system reads it automatically, detects the obligations, classifies them by RCF domain and suggests the supporting documents, frequency and role involved. This yields a draft obligation list that you confirm, edit or supplement; the process runs through a structured wizard: upload → AI analysis → confirm obligations → link to services. The portfolio itself is an organisation-wide overview of all contracts with status, term, supplier, services and obligations, filterable by RCF domain — showing at a glance which contracts are about to expire. Confirmed obligations are retained on re-analysis, so approvals are never silently overwritten.
