What does this module do?

A built-in form builder for evaluations, self-assessments and audit checklists that used to be exchanged as loose documents. You build forms with multiple field types, conditional visibility and a drag-and-drop interface, with a draft/submit workflow. You link forms directly to task templates: tasks automatically carry the form and can only be completed once it has been submitted — completeness is thus enforced. Submitted forms feed the Control Centre through dynamic per-field KPI aggregation, so every evaluation or audit counts directly in the dashboard figures.
