What does this module do?

Services classified and grouped via the Product-Service Catalogue (PDC), focused on IT/ICT services. A service can be delivered by multiple suppliers and is linked to contracts, governance holders and RCF domains. The organisation services (internal PDC catalogue) are fully manageable: create, rename, move, archive and unarchive. Thanks to the standardised classification, services and costs become comparable and benchmarkable across suppliers, and the portfolio stays current without duplicate administration.
