This privacy statement describes how ServiceCockpit (an initiative of SourceTeam / Yellow Lion B.V.) handles personal and client data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Which data we process
Depending on the use, we process among other things name and contact details of employees and contacts, the contract details of suppliers, user accounts within the platform and, where applicable, data supplied by the organisation for the service.
For what and on what basis
We process data for the delivery of the management service, for access and authorisation within the platform, for contract management and accountability, and where necessary on the basis of a legitimate interest (such as security and logging).
Access & authorisation
Access to data is role-based. Tasks, contracts, KPIs and evidence are only visible to the people who should see them. Suppliers see only their own supplier data.
Retention of data
We do not retain data longer than necessary for the purposes for which it is processed, taking into account statutory retention periods and the agreements made with you.
Sharing with third parties
We only share data with processors necessary for our service (such as hosting in Europe), and only under processor agreements. We never sell your data.
