Implementation

From start-up to ongoing management

The implementation is the one-off preparation: we set up every supplier, so that ServiceCockpit then optimally supports you in the ongoing management cycle.

Two separate things

The management cycle and the implementation touch each other, but answer a different question

The ongoing management cycle

Once everything is set up, you stay in sync with your supplier and keep giving direction to the collaboration — round after round, without an end date.

Register · Structure · Steer · Evaluate

The one-off implementation

The setup of a supplier, so that you have all the information to use the platform well. This is the subject of this page.

Preparation → Setup → Acceptance & go-live → handover

The scheme

How the implementation runs

First a one-off preparation. Then, per supplier, the actual setup in two steps. After acceptance and go-live, work actively starts with ServiceCockpit.

1

Preparation

Takes place once: map the management domains, ambition levels and the most important suppliers.

2

Contractual obligations

Per supplier: identify and record the obligations from the contracts.

3

Other management tasks

Per supplier: set up the remaining management tasks, so the management process is complete.

4

Acceptance & go-live

Agreement between all involved, after which work actively starts with ServiceCockpit.

5

Handover to the organisation

The setup is complete and the continuous management cycle takes over.

Then the management cycle runs

Once the implementation is complete, the ongoing cycle takes over: register, structure, steer and evaluate — again and again. See how that works on this site.
