Everything about the platform, in one place

An overview of the key parts of ServiceCockpit: the framework, the cycle, the processes, the roles, the modules and the implementation.

The Management Control Framework (MCF)

The heart of ServiceCockpit: six management domains (Contract & Organisation, Finances, SLA & Performance, Information Security, Risk & Quality and Satisfaction) in a fixed order, each settable at Basic, Advanced or Full level.

The management cycle

How ServiceCockpit works: register, structure, steer and evaluate. Contractual obligations and the MCF both supply tasks, which are demonstrably completed per role and can automatically generate follow-up tasks.

The twelve processes

From contract to evidence, from signal to decision: the twelve processes form the system of vendor management, grouped across the four steps of the management cycle.

Roles & authorisation

Which roles exist within vendor management (both on the organisation side and at the supplier), what each role sees and does, and how authorisation is scoped per supplier, service or domain.

Modules

The nine modules of the platform — from the Control Centre and KPI dashboards to the Contract portfolio, Tasks & Escalations and Meeting structure — each linked to the management processes they support.

Implementation

How you implement ServiceCockpit: the one-off preparation, per supplier the actual setup, acceptance and go-live, followed by the ongoing management cycle.
