What does this module do?

Role-based dashboards and reports that monitor and account for vendor management. Specific signal reports keep an eye on the link between obligations and tasks: obligations without a link, overlapping tasks and a coverage report per maturity level and RCF domain. Reporting is deliberately read-only — signalling (the report) and remedying (the management) are separated, so control and action are each safeguarded. Every report has an info button with an explanation, and coverage reports show concrete numbers rather than misleading percentages, so growth remains visible and manageable.
