What does this module do?

A single role-based control centre where each governance role — vendor manager, service manager, CISO, service owner, account manager or service delivery manager — sees its own perspective based on its authorisation. Cascade filters lead from broad to narrow (category → service → supplier), with a domain-scope selector and visibility of incoming and outgoing escalations. Clickable KPI blocks (SLA compliance, task progress, escalation counters) take you in one click from the figure to the underlying data, with the right filters already applied. The KPI values come live from the operational data — submitted forms, tasks and escalations — so the dashboard always shows the current state of vendor management.
