Hosting & availability
ServiceCockpit runs in managed data centres in Europe, with redundancy and automatic backups. Goal: continuously available, so vendor management never stands still.
Encryption
Data is transmitted securely (encrypted transport) and stored encrypted (encryption at rest). Sensitive contract and client data is thereby protected at rest and in transit.
Access & roles
Who sees what is arranged per role. Tasks, contracts, KPIs and evidence are only visible to the people who should see them — with recorded responsibilities.
Logging & accountability
Important actions are logged, so that afterwards it is traceable who did what and when — crucial for the assurance ServiceCockpit provides.
Privacy & GDPR
We process personal and client data in accordance with the GDPR, with processor agreements and clear retention periods. The privacy statement can always be consulted.
Control with you
You remain the owner of your data. Configuration, coverage and reporting give you and your oversight visibility on how management is doing — and thus on its security posture.
