Intelligent contract analysis

Within this process, a contract is loaded and ServiceCockpit then automatically analyses it. The screen shows a draft overview of the obligations in the contract, arranged by the relevant management domain. The translation of contractual obligations into tasks for all the different roles can be confirmed, supplemented or adjusted in a draft overview, so that the final record matches how the organisation intended the agreement.

The result of the analysis is recorded in the relevant supplier's contract portfolio. This makes it clear which obligations have been agreed with the supplier and where they can be found, and it forms the basis from which tasks and roles can subsequently be derived for managing the contract. In addition, after confirmation it is clear which roles have received which tasks resulting from the contract analysis.
