Within this process, the ambition level is set for each supplier: Basic or Advanced. This determines which processes should logically be activated for the supplier. In addition, the governance structure is recorded, so that it is clear which person plays which role and which escalations are possible. Governance and roles determine how complete the associated set of tasks will be. This approach makes the coverage of governance clear at a glance.
The process thus shows where governance is already well set up and where further improvements are needed to make governance complete.
