Control Centre & KPI dashboards

Within this process, a central dashboard is offered that adapts to the role of the person consulting it. The screen shows how the overview can be filtered from category to service to supplier, so that the picture can be zoomed in to the level relevant to the question at hand.

The KPI blocks in the overview can be expanded to show the underlying realisation. Where possible, the KPIs come directly from operational data, keeping the picture current and enabling steering on performance, finances and risks from a single overview.
