KPI library & templates

Within this process, KPIs and dashboard blocks are centrally defined by SourceTeam and can be activated per role. The screen shows which KPIs are available, which are active for the organisation and on which version of the definition they run, so that measurement remains unambiguous. This way, both the roles of the organisation itself and the roles of the suppliers can all have access to their relevant KPIs and work together optimally on the basis of the same information.

Because the KPIs and blocks are reused from one library, no custom programming per organisation is needed. This keeps maintenance limited and makes it possible for organisations to measure, compare and report in the same way.
