Supplier and services management

Within this process, all necessary supplier information can be recorded and managed. This concerns general information, information about contracts and about the services the supplier delivers, which tasks exist for the roles involved in managing the supplier and which escalations are running. It is also visible which processes have been activated for the supplier and what their status is, and how the supplier's governance is organised. This makes it possible to get an overall picture of the supplier's current status.

For services management, ServiceCockpit offers the ability to register both the services from the supplier and the services the organisation provides internally, and to connect them. This makes it clear which services are delivered and how the internal services and the supplier's services relate to each other.
