Obligations, tasks & evidence

Within this process, both contractual obligations and tasks from the Management Control Framework are translated into concrete, recurring tasks. For each task, the screen shows what needs to be done, what the deadline is and what the status is, so that the execution of the agreements made runs clearly and controllably.

Where relevant, a piece of evidence is requested and recorded with a task, so that it is clear afterwards that the agreement was actually met. This makes it clear which obligations have been completed and which still need attention, and compliance with contractual agreements remains demonstrable rather than a matter of trust.
