Optimising obligations ↔ tasks
Flags obligations without a task and overlapping tasks — control and action separated.
Within this process, it becomes clear where obligations and tasks do not align properly. ServiceCockpit flags which confirmed obligations do not yet have a task and which tasks may overlap, bringing gaps and duplicate work in the task overview to light.
This allows tasks to be carried out as optimally as possible.
